1.) The device manager shows a yellow flag on Other Devices MAss Storage Controller, driver not installed. PCI bus 10,device 3, function 2. Nothing is useful at SONY. This machine was running VISTA. A new larger hard drive was installed and the WIndows 7 Home Premium x64 was installed by a retail shop months ago.
