We'd have liked 1TB of hard disk space at this price, but 500GB stillprovides a fair amount of storage and is the same as you'd get in a Mac Mini.The Intel Core i3-2100 processor is only a dual-core model, but an overallscore of 60 in our benchmarksshows the Broadleaf has no problem with everyday tasks and could handlemore demanding applications; it's also the same score as the Mac Mini managed.The processor's integrated graphics couldn't run our Dirt 3 benchmark, soyou'll have to stick with older games or put up with very low resolutions anddetail levels.
The PC lives up to VeryPC's reputation for low power consumption. Itdraws just 19W at idle and 59W under load, which is half that of even the leastpower-hungry PCs we saw in last month's Labs, and in standby it draws just 4W.Again, these figures are almost identical to those of theMac Mini.
